One customer record, with the accounts bound to it

What changes with Sarraf Store?

How many times has the same customer been recorded?

If the account from the storefront and the record in the store never meet, the customer lives twice.

Today

A name written in a ledger

  1. The online customer and the store customer are separate

The person shopping in the storefront is never linked to their record in the store.

  2. Risk information travels by word of mouth

Who needs watching carefully stays in a staff member's memory.

  3. The old record is deleted

Deleting a customer you will not use again cuts the link to past sales.

The same person in several places, spelled several ways.

With Sarraf Store

A Sarraf Store customer record

  1. An account matching queue

Pending accounts are compared with candidate customers and matched.

  2. The risk status is on record

The status is kept with a note and the changes are listed in the risk history.

  3. Deactivation

Past sales and finance records are not deleted; only selection in new transactions is blocked.

One record, a bound account, traceable risk.

What's included

What is in the customers section?

The six topics of the section are explained with screenshots in the guide.

  • Creating a new customer

The name or company field is required; the phone, e-mail, identity number, address and operations note are optional.

  • Risk status

A status is picked from the risk management section and an explanatory note is added.

  • Risk history

Recorded risk changes are searched by reason and filtered by the new status.

  • Deactivation

The customer stops being usable in new transactions; past records are preserved.

  • Current balance

The current balance appears with the basic details in the customer workspace.

  • Guest sale

If no customer is picked at the counter, the transaction is recorded as a guest sale.
