Do the online store and the counter share the same inventory?

Yes. Whether an item sells online or at the counter, it comes out of the same stock. During online checkout the item is reserved for a limited time, so the same piece can't be sold twice. Gram-tracked items such as scrap or cut chain are sold in store only.

What reports does Sarraf Store have?

Ready-made reports range from product interest reports such as scan counts, most price inquiries, cart removals and best sellers to stock age, the trial balance, current position and position P&L. The full list is in the report catalog.

How are gold and currency prices updated?

Rates and prices come from a live price feed. For each item you can set fineness, multiplier, rounding and minimum-spread rules, or lock a price by hand. Products linked to a price source are repriced automatically as rates move, and at the counter a price can be locked for a set time or indefinitely.

What happens if the internet goes down?

The counter sales screen and cash operations keep working offline. Sales, cash sessions, branch transfers and supplier purchases are stored on the device and sync with their original times and prices once you're back online. Any conflicts land in a review queue.

Which payment methods can I use?

In store you can take cash, foreign currency, gram or fine gold and bank payments together in a single sale, with change calculated automatically. In the online store, bank transfer payments (Havale, EFT and FAST) work with store approval. A virtual POS connection for card payments is in development.

I have several branches — does Sarraf Store fit?

Yes. Each branch is managed separately, and you can move products and cash between branches with in-transit and partial-receipt tracking. Staff permissions can be limited by branch, category and cash desk.

How do I bring in my existing products?

Fill in Sarraf Store's Excel template and upload it. Files of up to 100,000 rows are processed in the background, and any rows with errors come back to you as a downloadable report.

Which languages does the panel support?

The admin panel is available in Turkish, English, German, French, Arabic and Chinese. Store receipts can be printed in the customer's language, including right-to-left Arabic.
