The eight topics of the delivery and shipping section gather into these five steps.
In the delivery options tab you see the carrier, the price, the free delivery threshold and the active status. When you edit an option you set the name the customer sees, the delivery method and the delivery fee.

Taking a payment does not mean the product has reached the customer; the two statuses run apart.
The tracking number is written in a ledger
When the customer calls, the number is looked up and typed into the carrier site by hand.
Free delivery is promised verbally
The threshold changes from person to person and the customer cannot see it on screen.
Store pickup happens outside the system
The customer settles which branch to collect from over the phone.
Was it paid, has it shipped? The two get mixed up.
