In the staff tab you review each record's access scope, its permissions, its selling limit and its account status. You find a record with the search, role and status filters and open it with Edit.

What changes with Sarraf Store?
In a panel where everyone can do everything, discounts and price differences get discussed after the fact.
The discount limit is spoken
How much discount can be given changes from person to person and from customer to customer.
Everyone sees every branch
With no branch separation, another branch's stock and cash desk are open too.
A change leaves no trace
Who changed the price or the record cannot be found later.
There is a rule, but it is not in the system.
A maximum discount percentage
The limit is defined on the staff account; the sale screen shows the maximum discount.
Branch-level access
The branches to grant are picked; left empty, every branch is covered.
The changed fields are visible
The action detail shows the scope, the result label and the fields that changed.
The limit is on screen, the action is on record.
The permission settings directly decide how discounts and prices behave on the sale screen.
The account role, the active account option and the user code are managed from the access screen.
If the password is changing, the new password field is filled in and the access is updated.
Price fixing is a setting independent of the stock reservation duration.
